Spirit of Tasmania Ship Model Competition

Anyone who knows our family personally knows how much we all love Lego. We are guilty, year after year, birthdays and Christmases, of saying NO MORE LEGO! Then we go out and buy them a gazillion sets.

When I heard about this competition that the Spirit of Tasmania is running I thought it would be right up our alley. Besides, with the weather being as dull as it has been this last week of school holidays it can be difficult to keep the kids entertained.

All you need to do is build a model of the Spirit of Tasmania ship using anything you like. You could win four amazing prizes depending on your age bracket

You have the chance to win:

7 and under   Your choice of Lego valued at up to $350

8-10                Your choice of Lego valued at up to $350

11-14              A Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 (10.1" 16GB WiFi White)

15 and over    A Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 (10.1" 16GB WiFi White)

Take a photo of your model and add it and your details into the form at the Spirit of Tasmania website

You can enter as many times you want, but each entry has to be unique (i.e. you can't enter the same model twice)

You can use absolutely anything to create your model but it seemed like a no brainer for us to use our multitudes of Lego to create a masterpiece the judges couldn’t possibly refuse!

This may be just the activity you need while feeling a little dusty over the long weekend.
